There are two things mentioned in that title. Here's number one:
Still apologizing. Sorry I never post. Still. I have been playing Kingdom Hearts. AWESOME video game. I am in Atlanticaaaaa =] that is the Little Mermaid world, for those of you who don't know. I get to fight with Ariel in mah party. I have beat Ursula once. now I have to go and beat her again >O and I keep getting attacked by that stupid freaking SHARK who keeps appearing out of nowhere!!!!!!!!!!! grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr ok sorry for ranting. **UPDATE* I beat Atlantica this afternoon (3/03) =D Now on to Neverland, with a side trip to Olympus Coliseum.* I also watched Young Frankenstein on Friday evening. I loooooooooooove that movie so much now =] "Would you like to roll in the hay? It's fun! Roll, roll, roll in the hay! Roll, roll, roll in the hay!" I love Inga. And Frau Blucher. *NEIGH-HEH-HEH-HEH*. Don't get it? Watch the movie.
Oh, and I have now started a "My Current Addictions" thing on the side there. Well, technically, it's not there yet, but I shall work on it when I finish this post. instead of just doing a song thing, like all you guys, I will just list EVERYTHING i love right now! Ain't it great?
One current addiction: 'Into the Night', by Santana. LOVE that song. Unfortunately, I always space out in between the first verse and the last verse, which happen to be completely the same, so I never actually hear the only other verse and the guitar solo. Which stinks, cuz my favorite verse is the only one that I never hear =[ Anywayz. Is good song.
Also - that poll I had, about my fav-o Dominic Deegan character? The results:
Dominic Deegan: 1 vote
Luna Travoria: 0 votes
Szark Sturtz: 1 vote
Serk Brakkis: 0 votes
The Infernomancer (TIM for short): 1 vote
Brett Taggerty: 0 votes
Lord Siegfried Gunther Aern Damaske von Callan (Siggy for short): 0 votes
Rachel Hart:0 votes
The Maestro: 2 votes
Alrighty, I realize that most (or all) of you had to just guess. Well, my favorite is....Szark Sturtz!! (I am the only one who voted for my favorite character! I thought people would pick him cuz he has a funny name...oh well.) He rocks. The 2 extremely close seconds are Rachel Hart and The Maestro. So you guys got one of the top three, at least. My opinions on the other characters:
Dominic and Luna are awesome.
Serk, TIM, and Brett are total b*****ds (although TIM is fun to laugh at)
Siggy is okay, but kinda freaky.
Well, that poll was kinda freaky, but oh well. I had fun with it.
Your obsessive buddy-ol-pal,

PS Oh whoopsie! I forgot the toast (look at the title, folks). Well - TO LIFE! And everything we love about it =]

My Many and Various Recent Obsessions (aka All The Reasons Why I Haven't Been Posting)
Yeah, yeah. I know. I have no commitment. I don't post often enough. I apologize.
Well, now that's done with.
Anyway, you've all read the title of this post, right? So ya know what it's about. Fact is, I've been obsessed as heck with several things recently, and they have been distracting me from this blog.
Obsession #1: Dominic Deegan, Oracle for Hire
This is a webcomic. This is an AWESOME webcomic. I'm not good at giving summaries - how 'bout you guys just give it a look-through?
http://www.dominic-deegan.com
I am seriously in love with this thing.
Obsessions #2: Nancy Drew computer games
You get to solve cases as the girl sleuth. COOL. Even if you think Nancy Drew is stupid, these are really fun. You solve puzzles, explore mazes, interrogate people, etc. The only reason I can play them right now is that Dad is borrowing a Dell laptop from work (I have a Mac), so I got a couple from the library. I have been playing them for 2 days straight. SOOOOO FUN!!!! *ahem* Pardon me. They do have their hard bits, though. I blew myself up multiple times while trying to develop photos. And I had to defuse a paint bomb, and I had to retry THAT again a lot too. Still. They are awesome.
Not really an obsession, but I went out last night (and technically this morning too, since I was out after midnight) to look at the lunar eclipse. It was soooooo cool! I took photos. A lot of photos. Here, I'll show you guys a couple:

Whew, formatting is evil. Over and out.

The Post Consisting of My Random Thoughts Because I Can't Think Of One Specific Topic
Hey, guys. Sorry I haven't posted in so long - I've been on the computer, I've just not left myself enough time to actually write an entire post. But I'm going to try now!!!!!!!! woooo
Random Thought #1: I have Bohemian Rhapsody stuck in my head. I can't get it out. I think I will open up iTunes now, put it on shuffle, see what comes up and mebbe get that stuck in my head. Hold on a sec.................................*much clicking occurring* ................................... ok. The song that came up was Good Company, by Queen. Why does this song sound like it's being played on a ukelele, yet have horribly depressing lyrics? I don't get it. Hmmm........it's a mystery. Next thought. (BTW, the next song that came up was Behind Blue Eyes, by The Who) (and Good Company did get stuck in my head)
Random Thought #2: I have problems with practicing. Today I finally decided to practice those Sixteenth Notes O' Doom from Peasant Dances - one of the songs that orchestra is doing for our Chicago trip. THOSE.THINGS.ARE.MURDER. I can move my bow that fast, and I can finger the notes fast enough (ish) BUT.....I CAN'T DO THEM AT THE SAME TIME. As you can probably tell, that is quite a problem. However, the problem is lessened by the fact that Peasant Dances is an AMAZING song. Here is a link to it being played by a PROFESSIONAL ORCHESTRA. Wooooo! However, when it's played all professional and perfect-like, it does seem a bit boring......oh well. Peasant Dances, everyone (I know, I know, it's long):
http://65.23.157.59/mp3/38726.mp3
I'd love it if you'd listen to it!
Random Thought #3: There were a lot of capital letters in that last post. Capital Letters are VErY INterestING. As defined by the Oxford American Dictionary, capital means a letter of the size and form used to begin sentences and names. (YES! I have CONQUERED copy and paste!) I think dictionary definitions are very boring. Even for exciting words like 'euphemism' and 'savvy', the dictionary uses very drab, very conventional words. But sometimes i still can't understand the definitions, and then I have to look up the definitions of the words in the definition. It's a never-ending puzzler. Another word, by the way, for which the dictionary has a boring definition.
Random enough for y'alls????????

The Hairy Barbarian Laughs Out Loud
Well, those of you who have read Zack's "1000 Things to Do With Chocolate Milk" post will know the phrase "klol". This is an acronym that Zack and I came up with. It means "hairy barbarians laughing out loud" or, more simply, barbaric laughter. It's an extremely useful expression, if I do say so myself. The 'k' of klol stands for ketou, the Japanese word for, guess what, hairy barbarian. Since dear old Zack has been begging me to put a post on klol up for ages, I have finally decided to do one. Here it is.
And also, a note about Eduardo: I am going to start working on his story more, since my darling s-san and I have come up with more ideas for his story, its sequels, and its bonus installments. With the help of others, of course. Thank you all!
I do believe this is the shortest post I have ever written. Goodness, what's happened to me?

Eeeeeeeeeurghhhhhhh! Medical Problems!
OK, you people have been complaining LONG ENOUGH! (*ahemzackahem*) I don't really have the time right now, but I will make a new post anyway. I am going to stem off of Kit's post but instead tell you people allllllllll about different ways of saying that things are wrong with you in Japanese. Have fun.
Ashi ga kayui desu. = My feet are itchy.
I ga kayui desu. = My intestines are itchy.
Bempi desu. = I am constipated.
Utsubyou desu. = I am depressed.
Mizumushi ga arimasu. = I have athlete's foot.
Mizubouso ga arimasu. = I have chicken pox.
Mushiba desu. = I have bad teeth.
Futsukayoi desu. = I have a hangover.
Geri desu. = I have diarrhea.
Ugaigusuri ga irimasu. = I need mouthwash.
Mimitabu ni yakedo ga arimasu. = There is a burn on my earlobe.
Mabuta ga arimasen. = I have no eyelids.
The list goes on and on. Yes, we learned these words in class. Some of them are actual examples that certain creative classmates made up (the itchy feet was mine). Any specific medical problem in mind, ask me or Kit and we could probably tell you. Oh, random, moderately useful vocabulary.
This morning in class we were each given a card with a certain medical problem on it. We were supposed to go around and ask our classmates (in Japanese) what was wrong with them, and we were each supposed to locate a few specific people. Naturally, mine was "Bempi desu." And, also naturally, there was a mix-up with the cards and Sensei (that's Japanese for "teacher" for those of you who don't know) had to straighten a few things out, and ended up asking for specific cards to make sure there were no doubles. So, the cheerful call of "Who's constipated?" rang out through the room, and I sheepishly raised my hand among the raucous laughter that had broken out. Now that is something that I will remember for quite a while.
Your falsely constipated friend,
Ali ^_^
PS Zack, I know there's no klol on this post. You will just have to wait. Deal with it.
PPS Due to popular vote (I think), the riddle thingie is hereby disbanded.
